I rescind my first comment. I thought she was an employee of the school district. She probably won't win this case, but who knows. The courts are known to make it up as they go.

States rescinding people's civil rights without due process
You must be dead set against this.

I'm against people losing their civil rights. She is free to protest and boycott Israel all she wants, so her rights are intact.
I think this is sorta silly, but I'm never surprised at the silly laws passed by any government, including the state of Texas.

You have told us very, very often that all schools districts are a part of the government - and are all ruled from Washington - indeed in another thread you assert that non-binding guidelines are an affront to doctors but when 'The Government' - a school district - infringes a person's right to free speech by requiring them to state a view they do not hold you're fine with it - another example of your right wing hypocrisy

School districts are run locally, but have to abide by certain state and federal guidelines if they want the funding. I know what I say and hardly need you telling me.
Again, a school district or a state can boycott certain contractors, just as they can boycott people or countries.
Work as a contractor is not a civil rights issue.
