A lawsuit against the Trump Administration’s approval of Alton Coal’s mine expansion near Bryce Canyon National Park was filed today by Sierra Club, Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA), Grand Canyon Trust, Utah Physicians for a Healthy Environment and WildEarth Guardians. The organizations filed a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) challenge to the recent approval of the expanded mine, which would extract millions of tons of coal and exacerbate climate change impacts including air pollution and other threats.

The Mueller report is quite funny. All the lunatic never Trumper's are going crazy because Mueller never made a recommendation because of a memo in the report that says you can't indict a sitting president but AG Barr fired a shot straight to the heart of it and said that his decision that there wasn't any obstruction wasn't based on that but instead what anyone trying to indict or find him guilty would have to prove. Whether he had the intent. You can even go back to Barr's memo to the DOJ last year where he actually agrees that if Trump interfered in the investigation and tried to cover something up that he would be guilty of obstruction but that in order to find him guilty of obstruction you'd first need evidence that there was something to obstruct and that Trump had knowledge of it in order to find a criminal motive.

Yes. And the person in your tweet is wrong. They do have a right to detain people crossing the border illegally. Their confusion stems from the fact that crossing the border is a federal misdemeanor/civil offense. It's only illegal to perform a citizens arrest on an illegal immigrant if you don't catch them in the act of crossing the border.

Shawna Forde, the anti-immigrant vigilante leader who orchestrated the murder of a Latino man and his 9-year-old daughter, will receive the death penalty, a Pima County, Ariz., jury decided today.

Forde was convicted on Feb. 14 of two counts of murder for the killing of Raul Flores and his daughter, Brisenia, in May 2009, along with the attempted murder of the child’s mother. She was also convicted of two counts of aggravated assault and one count each of aggravated robbery, armed robbery and burglary.

Forde led her two followers into the Flores home in Arivaca, Ariz., believing that Raul Flores was a drug dealer who would have plenty of cash on hand. Prosecutors have said that Bush was the gunman and first shot Flores dead and then shot his wife in the leg. He then allegedly walked over to Brisenia, who was sleeping with her puppy on the couch, shooting her twice in the head at close range.

Well I hope they don't send those kids to school or to the doctors because there are chilmos there too and apparently some of the coyotes are fond of a bit of rape too so maybe we should stop the border crossings altogether? that way they wouldn't get raped crossing the border, when they get detained by right wing militias, in the detention centers, at school, or when they visit the doctor.
