TOMMY BACK IN COURT - AGAIN

TOMMY BACK IN COURT - AGAIN

Postby Cannydc » Wed May 15, 2019 4:18 pm

The Syrian schoolboy who was filmed being attacked in a playground in Huddersfield is suing the far-right campaigner Tommy Robinson for accusing him of assaulting white schoolgirls.

Jamal Hijazi, 16, has filed papers to the high court seeking libel action against the founder of the English Defence League after he was alleged to have “peddled false and defamatory lies” about the schoolboy.

The anti-Islam activist, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, reposted a screenshot of a message on his Facebook page from a mother claiming her daughter had been bullied. However, the mother later posted on Robinson’s page denying that Jamal had attacked her daughter.

In a series of posts Robinson accused Jamal of “not being that innocent” and claimed that he had “hit a girl with a hockey stick” and that “lots of Muslim gangs are beating up white English kids” in Britain.

Robinson said: “He violently attacked young English girls in his school. Why is this kid being portrayed as the ultimate victim in the entire country?”

Members of the public have donated £10,300 to help fund the most recent legal action against Robinson.

Stupid follows stupid.

I doubt his crowdfunding is coming from his followers, more likely it's coming from the same source that is funding the BxP. Be under no illusion, this is a concerted effort.

To see how fag paper thin this veneer is just look what happened to UKIP after the money left and and after the loss of the talent, the lack of newsworthy publicity vanished as well.

It's not like Maccys is the only place to buy milkshakes from, Jack Munroe was hinting at a spell of lactose for the intolerant when Fartrage visits her town in a few days :gigglesnshit:

Going by her Twitter account, she seems far more unhappy that Robinson's being called a racist and an Islamophobe, rather than that he's being called a cunt. :hand:
Fascists of a feather....eh?

I've seen and commented on similar twitter posts, obviously a small time racist English gangster isn't going to garner much interest in the USA. They are seeing a small person being shouted at rather than a race baiting peado apologist :smilin:

And today he faces the Old Bailey...

Tommy Robinson's broadcasting of footage featuring defendants in a sex abuse trial was 'subjectively reckless', High Court judges have been told.

The former English Defence League leader is accused of committing contempt of court by filming defendants accused of the sexual exploitation of young girls.

Lawyers for the Attorney General Geoffrey Cox QC said a reporting restriction was put in place postponing the publication of any details of the case until the end of a series of linked trials involving 29 defendants.

During cross examination today Robinson said he found it 'confusing' that details had been released of the defendants at earlier hearings, but not afterwards.

Sorry about the link - I kept the report to actual factual detail...

Guilty as Fuck!!!!

Tommy Robinson guilty over Facebook broadcast
Ex-English Defence League leader Tommy Robinson has been found in contempt of court for his Facebook Live broadcast of defendants in a criminal trial.
He was found guilty of interfering with the trial of a sexual grooming gang at Leeds Crown Court in May 2018.
High Court judges found his conduct "amounted to a serious interference with the administration of justice".
The court ruled that Robinson, 36, from Luton, committed contempt by breaking reporting restrictions.
Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, had denied any wrongdoing, saying he had only referred to information that was already in the public domain.
Following the verdict, he told the BBC he had been convicted "for who I am, not what I have done".
One of the senior judges, Dame Victoria Sharp, said the court will consider what penalty to impose for the contempt - which carries a maximum penalty of two years - and give full reasons for the decision at a later date.
