Surely you have something better to look forward to?

I love comedy and Labour provide a lot of it

I prefer Alan Partridge. :dunno:

Don't we all :gigglesnshit:

Clearly not - some of you appear obsessed with the Labour leadership. It's a mystery to me. :dunno:

Carry On Labour continues to be a proper laugh, and long may it last.

It's ignorance that angers me, and the damage it does - but you continue to take the piss all you like if you think that furthers the sum total of human knowledge. :shake head:

Obviously there are some good intelligent Labourites but I think most of those blaming their downfall were the drug/scum of the earth.

The good Labourites will examine, debate their downfall sensibly and divide a new strategy, battle plan for the future.

Corvine and Abbott contributed heavily to the Labour demise.

To myself, this was an alarming election for government, I am glad Corvine failed yet worry about Boris, I hope he does right by those most in need.

On the contrary McAz that's exactly what they do.

To paraphrase the former Tory Minister Alan Clark - "Margaret [Thatcher] made a small Island nation with a failing industrial base and turned it into an economic superpower, unfortunately for Great Britain that nation was Japan

Labour is not, and was not, my concern - Brexit was and is.

In my considerable time on this planet I have seen very little improvement in the plight of the poor, Tory/Labour/Lib/whoever. This has led me to the view that belief in leaders and their political soccer teams is a hiding to nothing.

For a while we have been forum allies in the cause of Brexit - we lost. Since then you have chosen to resort to your previous form. May the new year bring with it many entertaining confrontations.

How successful was the campaign to vilify Corbyn?

https://www.opinium.co.uk/heroes-villains-2019/

As 2019 draws to a close, we have once again polled the nation on who they deem to be the ‘heroes and villains’ of the year.

2019 villains

1) Donald Trump
2) Jeremy Corbyn
3) Jeffrey Epstein

Corbyn is seen by the people polled as worse than a convicted sex offender!
