My gran lived through the war and lost my grandad in the 50's and she went to see her 'ladies' who would then comfort her when it got a bit too much for her to deal with. It sent my dad spotty.

It got a bit too much for me earlier last year and I went to talk to a counsellor at my own expense and it cleared the fog, what's the difference?
