The thing is though, many of their own friends and family voted Tory, and they know that they aren't evil or scum.

You see it on here as well - the obsession with Nazis, gammons, racists etc, just because some people vote differently to them. The liberal lefties on here are too thick to comprehend that millions and millions of regular folk voted Tory - they seem to think that anyone who voted Tory is either like Hermann Goering or Jacob Rees-Mogg LoL

Are these two people who traditionally vote Labour now fascists?

A ‘car crash’ interview shows exactly why Jess Phillips is unfit to be Labour leader

On 5 January, Jess Phillips appeared on the BBC’s Andrew Marr Show to discuss her candidacy for the Labour leadership position. And despite admitting that Brexit was one of the things that contributed to Labour’s loss, she’s still apparently committed to arguing for re-entry to the EU:

Most Norwegians I have met say there is no benefit to their everyday lives from the wealth of the country itself and in fact they say it is too bloody expensive...

That said I personally thought it a wonderful place of natural beauty

Interesting. I attended a conference some years ago in Liverpool which included businessmen from Norway. The late-night boozy message they conveyed to me was that life there was fine and dandy. One quote i recall was, "...but what's the point in being well-off in Norway when everyone is well-off. It's so damn boring".

I've since visited Norway, and yes, it was pretty boring. :smilin:

Oh they love their booze and they are happy to go out of the country for it because its so damned expensive.
Many moons ago I travelled from Hamburg to Kristiansand on a ferry and there was a huge group of Norwegian guys and ladies having an almighty piss up on the boat.
When I travelled back three weeks later the same group were on the ferry again having another almighty piss up.
When I asked them why they simply said that it was another weekend and they had no intention of paying Norwegian prices.

Your post made me google...

"Poverty in Norway is concentrated in the major cities such as Oslo. 43% of all the poor in Norway are immigrants, even though they contribute only 16.3% of Norway's population.

Your google doesn't surprise me.

Yes, they do like a drink. The other thing I noted was the similarity of their sense of humour to ours - in contrast to the other nords.
