but it is how you forget... anger, drink, brushing it under the carpet till it resurfaces... nope any problem is best talked with professional help of course.

You obviously haven't because you've mentioned it more than once.

Besides, it's not like you can force yourself to forget traumatic events, the brain doesn't always work like that.
