Told you this b4, there are only 4 private properties in our ONE ENTRANCE lane, we are responsible for the lane, our council understands this and tried to help by erecting a 7.5 ton GVW so they/we would not have further unauthorised vehicles getting stuck.
if any of us order a delivery we state that our entrance is only suitable for a tarnny sized vehicle,, this seems to be working or it did until today
We have a 40 foot curtain sider type artic lorry with its nearside back end in our ditch after he tried to get down our lane, TWACK.
The best bit is that he did not even have a delivery for us
The damaged area has been photographed, plod turned up and also took snaps,, problem with drivers credentials, do not know what, difficult to understand him.
Although lane is completely blocked we can use car access elsewhere
