I think our Police have made great strides on the race front,when you consider the multi ethnic South African Police Service and their gunning down a load of miners because they have lots of black officers who thought nothing of machine gunning fellow blacks.
Tribalism replaced race in that scenario just as it does over here,many fuzz think there job is to control not serve the public.

Two South African Police officers on the beat see a Black guy being almost swallowed by a huge crocodile, only his head remains to be swallowed down and one cop turns to the other and says
"Will you look at that mate even the Kaffirs can afford crocodile suits now " .

That's a joke by the way but some countries will never champion equality for all just as no Arab countries will never champion equality for women.
