Lack of First Aid Kills As Many As Cancer

New tv ad/campaign designed to encourage more people to undergo first aid training, vid in link:

The ad is based around the premise of someone surviving cancer but then later choking to death on some food because nobody in his company had first aid knowledge to be able to help him, and is meant to be hard hitting with the aim of having the desired effect.

I'm surprised though that apparently fewer than one in five people know even basic life saving skills?

Exactly alice, I previously worked in the medical profession but even in my present profession there are trained first aiders covering every area - and those who are first aid trained are financially rewarded.
