Best laid plans and all that. I was planning on doing bugger all apart from some light DIY tomorrow and leafleting for the great and the good on Sunday, and then Devon for Europe got in touch asking if I could help out on a street stall tomorrow morning. After posting 'remain before party' in the News threads I guilted myself into going. I still have to do the DIY and the trip to fucking IKEA :again?:

It's not too bad though, there's a farmers' market on at the stall and I will be able to buy some goat for a goat chilli on Sunday. I'm going to try to do one for the first time in the slow cooker.

Sounds busy. I'm working as usual. Helping a mate by doing some laundry as her washer is on the fritz. And out for a meal at Blackpool's best Italian restaurant Saturday night.

Is goat similar to lamb?

It's more like mutton, a little stronger and tougher.

I love curry goat

Morning all :Hiya:

had workmen in this week, plumber snapped a pipe in the loft and my whole bedroom got flooded :shake head: my poor cats were in the room when it happened, they were shut in the room to keep them safe and stress free :grrrrr: fuckers. So that's my day today, heating on high, windows open, clear up the mess, get the wet stuff bagged up and get my flat back in order.. and calm the bloody cats down.

happy days :hap:
