Do you think a person would end up taking such scenery for granted, seeing it every day?

Gorgeous.

Not so gorgeous is that a woman was recently devoured by a seven metre Reticulated python in Indonesia. :thud:

What makes the above story interesting is that for decades scientists thought the width of the human shoulders meant they could never be swallowed by one of the giant snakes.

They were wrong as has been proved on many occasions now.

For example.

You have to admit Keyser that a 7 metre/23 feet reticulated python is impressive by anybody's standards. I of course am sorry it ate a poor woman but let's face human beings are the most disgusting and destructive creature of all. In comparison to how many humans snakes have killed, how many snakes have humans killed?

I've been in North Wales around thirty years and still love the beauty of the place.
I can't imagine ever taking it for granted.
Today I was around 1500 feet above sea level sitting in a car having a sandwich for no other reason than to enjoy the view.

I believe anacondas eat capybaras and they’re not that small. It’s weird how they can dislocate their jaw to swallow. :yikes:
