Anyway i must go, Champions League tonight.

I'm looking forward to the Bayern Munich game, their playing that mob from Glasgow and i'm hoping Bayern win about 10-0.

... not exactly so-so start, 8th in the table. I've honestly gone off football generally, I still follow my team, and watch England on occasion. But in general I prefer a few other sports over football, these days.

I can't imagine me going off football.

We nearly went out the game a few years ago and the struggle from making the way back from the Third Division to the SPL has made me more fanatical about them.

Just a nice photo of two of the top three welterweights of all time (along with Robinson) at least in my opinion - Mayweather would have been in deep, deep shit if he had to face Ray or Tommy at their peak in the early 80's.

The contrast could not have been starker.

Ray admitted Tommy won the rematch in '89.

As I always suspected out of the FOUR KINGS Ray and Tommy were by far the nicest people and are actually very good friends now as well. :smilin:

Contrast that to Hagler's endless whining.

Sorry Marvin you got lucky when Tommy broke his right hand in the first few seconds, barely beat Roberto and lost to Ray (115-113 on my card) - all much smaller men.

If you had beaten some other great middleweights like Ketchel, Greb, Monzon, Hopkins or GGG then your boring victimhood would have had some merit. :thumbsup:

Hearns is vastly underrated in my opinion and coming in at 145 cost him in 'The Showdown' - just think if Ray had not been around at Welter.
