Some of it, yes. Love Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, and a few more modern singers like Toby Keith and Dixie Chicks. It can sound a bit samey at times, I admit. I feel that way about a lot of rap music though.
Most rap is crap. In general I have a wide and varied taste when it comes to music. There is at least some decent stuff within most genres.
