Forget that it's the Mail - just read the article.

Disgusting.

Jack's only been in the water once, when we took him to the seaside.

He had a great time, but when we went back the following year, he had sore ears and wasn't allowed it in.

The vet said getting his ears wet, might make the problem worse.

It was a shame.

When I first started drinking beer I went to a local hotel where there were two dogs.
One was a great dane and the other was some kind of a yappy little terrier.

The great dane usually just lay down with only it's eyes moving while the yappy little terrier ran around yapping at the great dane.

One evening the great dane let out a huge WOOF! and the yappy little terrier beat a rapid retreat, much to our amusement.

That's one breed of dog i've never seen Luds, a Great Dane.

They don't seem to be very popular here.

There was a hotel we used to go to in Prestwick when i was wee and the owner had a roly poly Labrador and he used to sleep in the car park.

He wouldn't move for anyone, he just stretched out and had a nap.

I'm thinking of getting the same outfits for me and Jack.

A wee kitten was rescued after getting stuck in a void in a hotel wall.

Staff at the hotel think a stray cat gave birth in the loft space and the kitten wandered off and fell through a hole.

The wee sowel doesn't look very happy in the photo, probably because the fireman appears to be strangling her.

I know Hurricane Harvey is battering Texas, but how can anyone do that?

Can you imagine leaving your dog behind tied to a tree, while you and your family leave your home in a bid to stay safe?
