This is good news for our canine friends.

Vets at the University Of Glasgow have saved a dogs leg from amputation after using bone-growing technology, originally designed to help landmine victims.

Two year old Eva was hit by a car and her leg wasn't healing and it looked as though her leg would have to be removed, but after using this, her leg is healing nicely.

Fantastic news....SeaWorld in San Diego has been hit by a ruling prohibiting the breeding of its captive Orcas, AI and the sale or transfer of them. :smilin:

I just hope they won't be allowed to 'purchase' more Orcas when the remaining ones pass on.

This is a story about two Labradors called Cookie and Stitch and it's awfy sad.

Cookie and Stitch shared the same food bowl and Stitch would always let Cookie eat first and Cookie would leave half the food for Stitch.

Sadly Stitch has passed away and Cookie is still leaving food for him.
