Awwwww that's sooo damn cute and quite amazing :wubbers: What a smart dog. Hard to believe that there are some strange people who don't like dogs :ooer: How could you not appreciate such lovely creatures?

I can't understand why some people don't like dogs, Holls.

They're the most loving and loyal of animals and are great companions.

Oh I'm with you on that one Vicky...your dog will never betray you, never lie to you, will always forgive you when you're a bit grumpy, will always be happy to see you, will definitely always be loyal, will love you till death and basically lives his whole life to please you....what's not to like? :dunno: You will never find a better or more sincere friend than a dog :smilin:

That's true Holls.

Both my dogs have loved unconditionally and have never asked for much in return.

A walk, food and some treats.

One quote i read one time said "The world would be a better place if everyone had a heart like a dog"

That's 100% true.

Native Red Squirrels seem to be winning the battle against invasive Grey Squirrels in Aberdeen.

Numbers of the Red Squirrels are rising, with no trace of Grey one's.

Scotland has 70% of all Red Squirrels and despite living here for more than forty years, the only one i've ever seen was stuffed.

I've seen thousands of Grey one's.

Pittencrieff Park is my favourite place to see them.

Very tame and very cheeky, they'll come right up to you looking for nuts.

Police Scotland are investigating after four sheep had their eyes ripped off in the Scottish Borders.

They reckon it was a dog or dogs that were responsible for the attack.

I'd advise people to avoid the Scottish Borders because of the narrow roads and the fact the residents drive like lunatics.

It's the Scottish Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals awareness month.

They do a lot of good work.

Here's Honey.

I saw loads of reds when we stayed in a remote fishing cottage in Dess inbetween Banchory and Ballater - but that's typical isn't it - bloody English stealing all your squirrel viewing spots
