Apart from medical conditions (which I have so much sympathy for) it's hilarious how the term has been replaced instead of 'fat' - I talked to an 84 year old last week and she agreed the schools were producing virtual moon systems rather than kids - mind you she had been through the Hull blitz - much like my old family (RIP).
