Benefits are for those in need not those in greed.

How many different men have fathered her children?

Are they contributing to their keep?

How should we know those questions you asked, why not try and contact her and find out for yourself. :dunno:

Incidentally the article states that she also works.

This woman is a paid "reality star" who makes money from appearing in the media with her bogus stories - she even has an agent - how thick are you lot for believing this shit?

If you click on a story about a single mother claiming benefits, you’re likely to see the face of Marie Buchan.

Since 2013, she’s been written about in at least 84 online news stories across 20 national publications, with 45 of those stories coming out this year alone. The 33-year-old has starred in numerous exclusive interviews, videos, and photo shoots with papers such as The Sun, the Daily Express, and the Daily Mail. She’s been interviewed on ITV’s This Morning and the BBC’s Victoria Derbyshire show, and has appeared in documentaries on ITV and Channel 5 reaching millions of people across the UK.

No she doesn't

..."She quit her job in November, claiming she was financially worse off working following the introduction of the new benefits cap and cuts to her £31,000 benefits"

and how can she compare buying a car with buying a horse? :off head: A car will take her to work, shopping and taking her kids to the doctor. I doubt she could do all that with a horse  This woman is taking the piss out of tax payers.

The article is bollocks - she is paid to appear in the papers with nonsense stories.

A damn sight more than benefits I imagine - she can afford to hire a theatrical agent. :dunno:

BTW, note that this is a non-story - no facts whatsoever - just that she wants to buy a horse. Money for old rope.

What ever the case might be, it's a slap in the tax payers face, she should not be allowed to get away with it. Perhaps the State should deduct the money she earns from interviews from her benefits?

Yes perhaps they should. And perhaps the gullible should stop believing everything they read.

Words like this came out of the horses mouth ( pardon the bun )

...Ms Buchan previously caused fury when she appeared on This Morning and said she preferred saving her care worker wages for a boob job rather than using it for her family, because 'child tax credits and working tax credits pay for the kids'.

Millions of viewers would have witnessed her saying that....you can't just dismiss everything as "fake News" just because you don't like the messenger.

Millions witnessed Tony Blair say that Britian was 45 minutes from attack from Saddam - didn't make it true though. :dunno:

Here's a link to her agent:

The Barry Tomes Media Group is made up of many ingredients, including: Record Companies, PR, seminars, advice classes, artist management and DJ promotion. Our experience stretches back 40 years… and in that 40 years, media really has exploded. With now hundreds of Television stations in every country, thousands of radio stations, accessibility of media coverage plus of course, the internet. We like to think we have changed with the times – from a humble management company representing one artist, to a global media company working with hundreds of artists at any one time.

And every word they say is gospel guv, honest.

Look, if you aren't interested in the topic and only want to disrupt it, get out of it...unless of course you can actually prove that she didn't make those statements....till then, I'm done.
