I know what you mean about the texture, I quite like it. I have it with other roast veg and crumble feta cheese on the top, it’s lovely.

The curry is always better the next day so sometimes I make it up the day before. I always make it far hotter than my husband does. Clears the sinuses.

After last nights failed KFC, and ending up with bacon, egg and beans on toast :roll: we’re having an Indian takeaway tonight.

The salad was luscious. Black eyed beans, corn, red and green peppers, red onion, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, brown sugar and a pinch of cayenne.

Tonight: ratatouille without the aubergine, mine don't like them.

Tonight I made a Lancashire Hot Pot with plenty of seasoning and thyme, carrots and onions and some half price lamb from aldi.

I did broccoli and peas with it.

5 clean plates. :canny:
