A chicken rogan with lots of tomatoes and onions - consistency like a chunky soup - served in a bowl with naan or bread of choice for dipping is good when you're feeling under the weather. :thumbsup:

We had enough willpower to leave some behind, for freezing. We did not scoff the lot in the time it takes to say ''frozen'' unlike the last time I posted in here. :laughing:

Mmm, not thought of adding creamed coconut but will do next time I make a smoothie. It'll be an accompaniment rather than a meal though :oops:

Just realized forgot to say also added one of those small Freddie frog chocolate bars.
Not a smoothie machine but one that keeps all the apple peel etc.
Is there a name for these things?
Like a NutriBullet job but mines a Ninja Pro.
A nice steak around 10 pm.
