I haven’t tried brill. I’m not keen on fish. My husband makes fish in curry, which is nice enough and a puttanesca sauce which I like, and this sea bass which he cooks in a paper back with white wine and a squirt of lemon. So I’ve kind of come round a bit. I love mussels though which is weird because they look so brutal.

Took me a while to come round to mussels but yeah, nice. :thumbsup:
I do a mean creamy haddock and Brie risotto.
Not keen on salmon for some reason. :dunno:

I don’t like salmon either it tastes like the smell of dirt.

I love flakes. I’m eating a flake. My sea bass was guff, so I’ve had Smiths square crisps and now a flake.

Aubergine completely transforms a dish. I add it to as many recipes as I can. Its taste is so unique.
