I baked the wedges first, in a large casserole dish, for about 20 minutes, then poured the beef bolognese on top, spread it out and put cheese on. I used the lightly seasoned wedges but plain would work too I should think. :Wiiiine!:

I must try this too, it sounds tasty :thumbsup: ..... makes a change from having it with pasta, although some cooked pasta shapes could be added to the mix too I guess! :mrgreen:

No, they hold their shape/texture pretty well.
