How complex is the human body? :yikes: The brain alone is more complex than any computer.
So frankly the real surprise isn't that things sometimes go wrong and thus we fall ill, the surprise is that it doesn't happen more often!!
To all those genuinely ill (not the attention seeking fantasists & WUM's) I say chin up, and stay strong.x

The next post is a touching film of a paralysed, wheelchair bound man who probably suffered brain damage in an accident.
His wife is shown washing and feeding him and giving lots of tlc.
We went to see Prof Stehpen Hawkin's biopic "The Theory of Everything'' and I think it has spawned lots of similar vids.

I think Bella will like it cos I saw her post a very similar tune by another singer. It's about stoically rising up everyday by the aptly-named is Ms Day.

Rise Up. By Andra Day

You're broken down and tired
Of living life on a merry go round

And you can't find the fighter
But I see it in you so we gonna walk it out
And move mountains
We gonna walk it out
And move mountains
And I'll rise up
I'll rise like the day
I'll rise up
I'll rise unafraid
I'll rise up
And I'll do it a thousand times again
And I'll rise up
High like the waves
I'll rise up
In spite of the ache
I'll rise up
And I'll do it a thousands times again
For you
For you
For you
For you
When the silence isn't quiet
And it feels like it's getting hard to breathe
And I know you feel like dying
But I promise we'll take the world to its feet
And move mountains
We'll take it to its feet
And move mountains
And I'll rise up
I'll rise like the day
I'll rise up
I'll rise unafraid
I'll rise up

A brave, paralysed man. Gorgeous song.

I think a few of us on the forum have worked within the mental health system ( including myself) however it is doubtful that 90% of us are
Psychiatrists :smilin:

Odd comment since you appear to think most of the forum members are unemployed, collecting multiple benefits and scamming the system.

Because he posts about scamming he presumes everyone else is at it too.

The human brain is the most complex thing yet discovered in the known universe.
It discovered itself and then made that declaration.
Weird.

Eh?? 'We're gonna walk it out?? :kinell:
'WORK it out' ffs!

(Not my fault! I merely copied the lyrics from a random US site.
I'm sure people who saw the error could .... well, work it out anyway.)
