Lady M I am going to try the hairdryer next time. I just hope it doesn’t curl my moustache.

I have snorted salty water up my beak before for a sinus infection, it helped but it hurt like the blazes. I gargle with TCP and salt too.

Do it Dis,

Vam, you can suffer, you obviously like being a martyr :Lucia:

I'm feeling a bit better, thanks for asking

6.30am run with the dogs this morning. That's 5.30am to you :bum:

Oh that's good.
I cured you with laughter, no need to thank me.
:awesome:

It's beautiful here, light fluffy snow!

1tsp raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
1tsp Honey
1tsp cold water
Mix together and down the hatch.
Tastes vile but it works. 3 times a day

Or
1tablespoon of acv
1 tablespoon honey
Boil kettle and make hot drink of above ingredients
You could always add a squeeze of lemon too.

I’ve not had any antibiotics for 3 years since taking this mixture!

I think I'd rather have the antibiotics

In seriousness I never take antibiotics, they just teach your body to become resistant to antibiotics

that said I had a bad do a few years ago and was pumped full of IV antibiotics, I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for them (and the tropical disease unit who came up with the combination I needed) so thank God I hadn't taught my body to be too resistant
