Who knows why they got on for 11 years or so. Did you know Maggie and Keith well? We only get to see them on TV. I thinks sometimes we are all guilty of thinking we actually 'know' these TV stars.

I grew up watching Keith - what an incredible self effacing guy he was.

He wasn't afraid to take the piss out of himself - and when he did it, no one looked upon him as a fool - he was just a naturally funny guy.

11years falls somewhat short of the ''lifetime of devotion'' clause in marriage vows. Been there! :bawlin:

You're quite right, none of us know these celebs personally, and we certainly don't know what goes on behind closed doors even among f&f whom we do know.
