I've just looked and my IP resolves to the UK although I'm not there......but like I said I'm tethering off my mobile rather than using the wifi here.....

I don't what shows when tethering - never done it.

just the network you're using. tethering is just accessing the internet using mobile data. it can cost a packet if you're not careful.

i hope you're not listening to music online or watching videos. my router went down the other week & my provider gave me 50gb of data so i could use it to tether. i got through it in days. you want to check your bill, micky.

Perhaps it's possible that if you use a UK mobile provider, it might show THEIR UK location rather than yours
