It's also a false reading, you can be 'British born' and not speak English or have any English cultural values whatsoever - as many of the children born to that 41% will have.

I wanted to answer Mickey yesterday but due to unforeseen circumstances which were out of my control it did not happen.

I do not agree with Mickey very much, (forum history), on this post he is exactly RIGHT and IMHO it is the 'professional resident trolls" who have got a firm grip on Dogs and other forums, everyone knows who they are, some go from forum to forum.
