Fizzy water just now.

Espresso coffees 1 normal 2 decaf when I got up
3 green tea with lemon - clipper
Peppermint tea 2 I think
Decaf coffee
And then about 3 or 4 glasses of sparking water throughout the day.

My sis insists on decaf coffee. I don't see the point, unless you're having it at bedtime I suppose.

My doctor warned me off normal coffee so I have decaf most of the time, but I have a normal one in the morning sometimes. I don’t take milk and I have it really strong, decaf isn’t the same but I like the taste.

I rarely drink alcohol. I had a few nights of having a glass of wine or two, or a few bottles of lager recently, but I’m back to no alcohol.

I’m not a big fan of anything fizzy.

And I don't drink nearly enough water, makes me boak, I need flavour so I'll put a drop of juice in.

I have normal full fat dairy in my brews, and they are usually number 4. I use soy, almond or coconut in my smoothies mostly. They are a full meal though rather than a drink, with a fuck ton of fruit and some protein powder
