Two cups of tea this morn. Two glasses of orange squash during the morn , lunchtime I had cherry pepsi max. This evening I have had summer fruits squash but left about half.

Espresso coffees 1 normal 2 decaf when I got up
3 green tea with lemon - clipper
Peppermint tea 2 I think
Decaf coffee
And then about 3 or 4 glasses of sparking water throughout the day.

My sis insists on decaf coffee. I don't see the point, unless you're having it at bedtime I suppose.
