Hi Star! I hope you're well and it is. Bad weather and the witches pot comes out for soup.

Lean stewing steak, onions, mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, red kidney beans, Worcester Sauce, S and P, beef stock and some gravy granules to thicken. Just before serving I add a big dollop of Horseradish Cream. I am doing roast potatoes, broccoli and carrots with it.

Rhubarb crumble and cream for dessert.

Perfect for a freezing cold day. :canny:

i want your dinner.

Malamute’s meals always sound good. And hearty. :choc:

Thanks. My lot are always hungry and my own Mum always brought us up on wholesome, local food and I try to do the same. Tonight we are having a BBQ Pork Fillet from Aldi. They are excellent value. probably do mash with it and some red cabbage with red onions and apples.

Mr Nucks makes good corned beef hash. He puts the corned beef in the fridge that morning so it’s easier to cut up and seems to hold its form better. If you like it a little mushy you wouldn’t need to do that though.
