The risk/reward ratio of eating oysters makes them an unattractive proposition to me. Risk: poisoning. Reward: ever-so-slightly less hungry than before. I'll pass.

It's Russian Roulette IMO eating raw or past by it's sell by date shellfish.

Hopefully not with some fava beans and a nice Chianti.

I've heard some disturbing things about that bloke. Apparently he doesn't like hummus. Never trust a person who doesn't like hummus.
