I think the original one was all good - hence the term 'Good Friday'

Hmm, not the ironic sense of humour Christians are renowned for?

Who knows :dunno: I only know it's not a fixed date in the Christian calendar so the church can decide pretty much when they want it to be.

Is it a lunar thing?

yeah the next Good Friday on friday the 13th is 2063

The last was 2001 and before that 1990

We will probably all be dead by the next

Sorry to shout but I'm underground in the shelter at the moment stocking it up with toilet rolls.
I knew they'd come in handy.
Just cut the legs off the table to get it in.

The toilet rolls.........maybe......but the TABLE??? :kinell: according to Ty, you couldn't possibly own a table!!!! :snooty:

You have nothing to worry about, least not for another 30 minutes. If you don't wake up in the morning, maybe worry then.

Today, I'll make sure I walk under a ladder holding a black cat, looking at one magpie sitting on a rooftop.

No, I'm not at all superstitious, and nothing bad has ever happened to me on a Friday the 13th. I even won $100 once with a scratchy a few years back on Friday the 13th.

Most of my bad luck comes when it pleases regardless of the date. The only time I can distinctly remember bad luck on this particular day was as a 14 year old hopping off school with a couple of mates. Walking through the maze which was the council estate adjacent to my school, straight into the head teacher of the science department.

Later the head of my house joked about us taking the risk on Friday 13th as we prepared for our punishment.
