Do you have any?

I have a fear of drowning :thud:.... i’m ok in a swimming pool, but won’t go further than the top of my legs in the sea :ooer:

Fire.... when I go out I make sure nothing is left on, not even the washing machine.... and put switches on sockets in the off position! :thud:

Heights..... just watching on the telly turns my legs to jelly! :dunno:.... I do things involving heights, but don’t enjoy it.... always glad to get back on terra firma! :shame:

My biggest phobia has to be spiders :grrrrr: .... more than 1cm in diameter (including legs) freaks me the fuck right out!

I’m not too fussed about heights as such, but ladders get me. I hate hate hate being on a job before the staircase is in and I have to use ladders. I do use em, so it’s not really a phobia, but it comes with an adrenaline rush and the shakes.

Trypophobia - although not an actual phobia I do find clusters of holes/bumps unsettling :bawlin:

I can't bear to see people eating them either - or those little snotty things in shells, welks or whatever they are - and as for eels in liquor....

Good man!
Beware though that increased fat without decreased carb will give you a beer belly!

Good point - I am struggling a bit with distention and weight - I'll take that on board.
