Oh right, according to gluggle paronicia is the skin which grows around and under the nail. So an infection of that I guess.

You're right, that finger bandage won't be staying on long.

They said it could be the nail getting caught and cutting too deep, or a bit of skin coming off at the side. It was puss filled but it drained and made it all horrible.

Same here, and for most people I imagine, except for the metaphorical thread hitters here.

I think the issue was that they had refused her request to use the loo because of her past behaviour..... some might say it backfired on them
