Do you take vitamin D too?

It's a calcium and vitamin d tablet all in one. Adcal D3 or something. I have tried every kind and they all make me feel hellish, I started with the ones you dissolve in water, then the chewable ones, now these caplet things but my god, I have never felt so shit. So they'll have to come up with something else now. I might try cod liver oil but I'm no a fan of them, they make me burp fish taste.

First I've ever heard of calcium tablets causing such a bad side effect, dis I have to take a couple a day since my surgery - no prob whatsoever so far (touch wood!)

But it's good to see you're over it now, and feeling better

I didn’t look at John Lewis. I might have a wee look. I got nice a flannelette set from TJ maxx but it’s way too warm for them now.

I’m terrible at being extravagant. I wish I could learn how to do it, I won’t even buy myself a multipack of crunchies unless they are on offer.

It was a nephrologist that prescribed them for me, I was supposed to be taking them for last 5 or so years, 2 a day but I’ve never been able to take them every day and go months and months without taking them but after today I’ll no be taking them again. I’ve heard they can cause blockages in the arteries too. Horrible stuff.

I will try that Frosty one,cheers.
