That's the point isn't it Nucks. They can share your info, but when it's the other way around (you want info), you'll be told to go away. Hardly a level playing field is it. The only recourse you may have is the Freedom of Information Act.

The only thing that comment helps with is in demonstrating that the EU intends to impose regulations that conflict with civil rights within member countries.

Germany and Spain have, apparently, already tried to implement similar laws unilaterally and they've been challenged in court.
So, now the EU plans to impose similar regulations on it's entire membership, likely making it incumbent on people such as yourself to challenge that in a UK court.

I mean, if you've got the cash to hire yourself a barrister and go to court to fight for your right to allow people to post links, good on ya.

Personally, I'd rather we weren't subject to such nonsense to begin with.

The server belongs to the forum host site. And any and all info from dogs posters is there, Also given that you have a thread about another forum called retarded. How does these so called forums wars work out now with regards to exposing personal info.
