What have VPNs got to do with multiple accounts?

I don't know. Surely if you use a VPN, your IP is the same all the time? I don't know enough about them tbh.

If you use a VPN then your IP is the IP that the VPN provider assigns to you - it has no bearing on multiple accounts though.

at a guess, i think maybe someone has been using a vpn set to spain for their login.

if holly doesn't know the difference between a real isp named provider and a vpn one, it would be easy just to see spain & make a leap from there.

cancel that guess, it was wrong.

Any existing member can login with a VPN - but no-one can apply for membership using a VPN because Admin check IPs at the time of application.

It was a separate issue from the VPN thing and I'm not getting into it again.

All that matters, is that Vam has gracefully accepted my apology, and I'm very grateful that we can move on from this.
