Yes it was a great cover. Have saw Aerosmith live - very intimate gig. Met Great White who supported them that night too.

that must have been a fantastic gig.

The reason it was so small was that they had just beaten a few addictions, and were starting out again, trying to capture their earlier success. Yes, it was a great night, and to be so close that you could touch them was a bonus. :)

what was steve tyler like in the flesh?

Okay, not at all on the same level, but I saw Weird Al many years ago at a small venue. I don’t fancy him, but I’m a big fan. This was taken with my phone.

I did a preview, I hope it’s not huge. :gigglesnshit:

 Probably.

He does mainly parodies of famous songs. White and Nerdy is likely his most well-known.

IMO doing a cover for any Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis track is most likely to end in tears bearing in mind their legendary status, but it's a close call on this occasion.

I saw them last week, they were brilliant as ever. I love their cover of Pleasant Valley Sunday too also Falling from Twin peaks. They are just about my favourite band.

Prince

Tom Jones

I think the Art of Noise in the second one gives it an edge. Prince is always fab though.
