I read all these posh meals and snacks people post and wonder why I’ve only got a rustlers burger (out of date) a multi pack of wotsits and some strawberry laces in my cupboard!

I'm currently wading through a 20 pack of wotsits too, 6 down 14 for later and tomorrow. I'd forgotton how nice they are.

Chicken Korma, rice and naan first though

Sprinkle grated cheese on wotsits and put them in the oven till cheese has melted...

I’d better postpone my visit to Specsavers then.

We are eating at lunchtime today and as its so beautiful we will be eating in the garden.

I have made a Moroccan chicken dish today which I have never made before but it smells lovely. Its chicken with masses of spices marinaded for about an hour before cooking. It also has raisins, chickpeas, coriander, parsley, halved lemons and stock. We are having rice with it.

Local strawberries and cream for dessert.
