Bung it in straight away if you're not going to eat it. The sooner it's cooled down to a safe temperature the better.

I am having to try gluten free, I can’t be jeered with that, I got loads of packets of trio biscuits on the chap.

I had a chicken curry.

Too hot to cook - so cold chicken and pasta (fusili) salad with Mozz, spring onion, avo, peas, basil and parsley, dressed in a mayo / caesar and sour cream concoction. Fuckin' delish!! :thumbsup:
