You've inspired me but I'm greedier. So tonight it's bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes beans and scrambled egg. Maybe some black pudding also.

Can you people stop talking about fry ups!

I've decided to do the Brighton Half Marathon next Feb but I am way too porky so need to radically clean up my diet which has started today.

All this talk of chicken kievs and fry ups is torture.

Too tired to cook anything proper so burgers. I’m having chicken hula hoops while they cook.

Chicken hula hoops? I’ve never heard of them, but now I’m thinking about chickens hula hooping so that’s no bad thing.

I had some minestrone soup and a few squares of Thornton’s millionaires shortbread.

Fish and chips probably - though it could be chips and fish for a change.

Hi Macca. x
Getting really bored with all the usual meals. :bored:
I'm gonna get some polenta, my sister uses it lots, it's extremely versatile and a good addition to anyone's diet, imo.
Goodnight!

That's not a fry up. That's a grill up! Why I outta...

Should be able to incorporate a fry up (or a take away etc) into my weekly plan though but right now need to get a handle on my overall diet. Way to much booze and low nutrient stuff at the mo which needs to go.

I've done halfs before (never a full marathon though. I like running but just not that much.)

I'm looking forward to getting back into a proper training routine. It's been far too long and I like a challenge.

if you get the time and you don't mind doing it, would you do a thread about your training and diet for the run? snug might be the best place, people could benefit from tips shared by someone with real experience.
