Do you have good vindaloo recipe? I have been after a vindaloo recipe, never made one. Apparently the traditional curry is very different to what we know in our local Indians!

Basic curry recipe plus twice as much Chilli powder that you would use in a Madras.

I was slipped a photocopy of the Curry Secret book back in the late Eighties, once you've boiled down the onions, garlic and ginger it's a piece of piss...
