Homemade but tonights was tinned corned beef.
Sometimes we ask at the supermarket for an inch thick slice to be cut off the block if we know we're making it that day.

My Mammy makes her own, from scratch. It's much better than using tinned corned beef, but I use it for quickness. That's one of the joys of going home.. Mammy's cooking :drool:

I've never seen or tasted homemade corned beef.
Have to have a look into that now.

Same here, minus the brown sauce.... but love it with beetroot too :thumbsup:
