To the OP.

It's a fact of life I'm afraid, whilst drugs are illegal people will buy them in all sorts of surreptitious ways. A couple of years back, outside where I live was a favourite haunt for dealers and their customers to meet and pass over. They didn't worry about clandestine meetings at 3.00am, they did it at all times and all days with just the bare minimum of secrecy.

They have since moved on and I haven't seen it going on for a couple of years now, or maybe it still does and I just don't notice anymore.

Unless drugs are legalised this will always be the case - that won't happen of course because like finding a cure for cancer, too many people make a good legal living out of drugs and cancer. Imagine legalising all drugs and curing cancer, half the 1st world would be out of work.
