Wedding invitation for 28th August came yesterday. Wife's best friend's eldest son. The bride used to go out with Rachel's boyfriend before he met her! Her youngest son was in Rachel's primary class at school. Am not going. Have vowed that I'll never go to a wedding again as it's too painful when Rachel can't get married. I know it's not their fault but that's how I feel. Several of her friends will invite us in years to come but I won't go and won't go to my nephew or niece's either. Told wife it's up to her if she goes.
