A no-deal Brexit survival guide: what food to stockpile

The story broke this morning that the government, in anticipation of a no-deal Brexit, has been drawing up plans to stockpile processed foods, in the event that, by 29 March next year, they have still not worked out a way to maintain the free flow of goods – which includes food and medical supplies – between EU producers and UK consumers.

To paraphrase Ray of Sunshine - what food will you miss when we leave the civilised world? :smilin:

Leaving the EU is impossible, the question should never have been posed.
We will be eating our pets.

Fear not, I'm sure we can feed you to them. Should be enough there to keep them going a month at least.

In the Polish food section at Asda, they have perogies. I’d definitely miss them if they became unavailable. Maybe my Ukrainian stepdad can hook me up with the black market in such an event. :gigglesnshit:

We like Polish jam and those little chocolate covered gingerbread cakes. But don't worry, the Government have found a new food source - Soylent Green.

Taking back kontrol! :ooer:
