It sounds like she may have rolled or brushed against fox poo. It's a really strong smell, and it can't be gotten rid of by normal bathing. This is going to sound crazy, but it works. Get a bottle of cheap tomato ketchup, and rub it into her coat. Don't get a dear one, as it's the vinegar content in the cheap sauce that acts as a neutraliser. Wash it off with clear warm water. The sauce will break down the enzyme and neutralise the smell. It will work, and the smell will go.
