Fecal matter has been found in food of non indian restaurants also and even in the ice at Costas. Have to say I've never had bad meat at my local curry houses, the meat is excellent and the food very fresh and tasty. Same at the Chinese.

Probs best to just not eat out at all if worried about bodily bits in your food!
