Most of the ready made ingredients have salt added. The yeast, read it's a special on to raise bread faster.
I looked at the lidils one. ATM, initially I think I will bake myself and if bread is ok, then buy a bread maker.

Wessex strong white flour, an Allison yeast pack, water, olive oil and a pinch of salt.

I had forgotten how noisy it was, that it took 3 hours to bake a loaf and that the paddles get embedded in the bread and you have to dig them out leaving a loaf with two holes in it.
So that's why it was in the loft.

I am hoping to give it a go within two weeks - lots on youtube about how long you leave in the oven
and at which level. My flat has a electric oven with a fan and usually heats things evenly.
Then I'm not sure if to add oilve oil or not as well as butter as there is so much confusion on Youtube.
